Greenwich Baths

Grazi Prada (while working at Lucas Stapleton Johnson & Partners) prepared a detailed heritage assessment of the entire Greenwich Baths property to determine what could be done to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Baths. Following this report, Grazi documented and oversaw the restoration of the oldest surviving building on site, the clubhouse.

The works included a reconfiguration of the facade windows based on early photographs, the reconstruction of the external staircase and the repainting of BATHS sign across the facade. The project also included an insertion of new male, female and accessible facilities to the lower level of the building.
